In his role as Vice President of Corporate Development, Pat is responsible development, communication and implementation of corporate strategies to make DiverterPlus a global leader in its core businesses. Pat assists Sales, Engineering and Production in partnership contract development and negotiation. He supports DiverterPlus personnel with his skills and experience in capital markets, contractnegotiation and corporate strategy. Pat has diverse background as an entrepreneur, the founding member of Saturday Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm, and a Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Pat earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA from Georgetown University.
