Lisa Klarich

Director of Sales and Strategic Deployment

In her role as Director of Sales and Strategic Development, Lisa works to identify new challenges and opportunities while ensuring DiverterPlus maintains its quality of service to all clients.

Lisa  graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-St Louis with a BS in Biology. She started her sales career in the pharmaceutical industry. From there, she continued to develop professionally by accepting opportunities in a variety of challenging and diverse markets. Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to create, design and develop her own internet-based business. Throughout her career, she has won multiple achievement awards, presented at national conferences and spearheaded many projects which increased bottom line revenue.

Lisa transitioned to the polymer industry when she joined Jamplast as an Account Executive.  She increased her focus with the Oilfield Services division until transitioning completely to dedicate her efforts to the launch of DiverterPlus as a standalone entity.  Through her work with clients across multiple segments of the industry Lisa helped define and communicate the identity of DiverterPlus as a comprehensive solutions provider for all diversion challenges.

Bob Launhardt

Technical Solutions Specialist

In his role as Technical Solutions Specialist, Bob brings his extensive oilfield services experience to DiverterPlus where he provides valuable insight to client requests.  His market and technical knowledge, acquired through years of experience in the wireline and diagnostic segments, provides particularly valuable assistance to those looking to solve diversion challenges related to fracture optimization.

Bob Launhardt graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma Washington with a BS in Engineering/Physics. Upon Graduation, Bob began his Oilfield Services career with Schlumberger as a wireline field engineer followed by 25+ years with Halliburton again as a wireline field engineer, technical marketing writer, technical sales, and various sales and operations management positions. Bob then left Halliburton to open a sales office in Oklahoma City for Pinnacle Technologies providing frac diagnostic services to the Mid-con region. Shortly thereafter, Halliburton purchased Pinnacle where Bob’s role was providing Sales and Operations Management support for the rebranded Pinnacle, a Halliburton Service.

Joe Sanders

Business Development Manager

In his role as Business Development Manager, Joe uses his extensive service company experience to ensure DiverterPlus provides top tier support to all divisions of service company clients and oilfield operators.  Through his identification of potential areas of improvement and opportunities for greater cooperation with clients,e Joe helps push the initiative of DiverterPlus to Educate, Collaborate, and Innovate.

Joe began his career in the oilfield industry working for The Western Company of North America. He was then given an opportunity to work with radioactive tracers for ProTechnics Company which eventually led to a move to Denver in a sales role where Joe was responsible for customers in the entire Rocky Mountain region, Texas, and Oklahoma. Joe then served as Sales Manager for Maverick Stimulation Services where he helped coordinate expansion into multiple basins until the company was acquired.  Joe then became an Executive Account Manager for Flotek Chemistry where DiverterPlus was one of his many customers.

Sam Shwayat

Technical Solutions Specialist

In his role as a Technical Solutions Specialist, Sam employs his extensive experience in the drilling and cementing segments to spearhead DiverterPlus’ efforts in those markets.  Sam assists in new product development and brings unique technologies and capabilities to help drive DiverterPlus’ service-oriented customer philosohy.

Sam Shwayat graduated from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater Oklahoma with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Upon Graduation, Sam began his Oilfield Services career with Schlumberger as a cementing field engineer followed by 11+ years of different positions within the Schlumberger cementing service line including field service management, project coordination, technical sales, and supply chain management. Sam time with Schlumberger took him around the world to a variety of locations including Oklahoma, NW Texas, Saudi Arabia, and Midland before finally settling in the Houston area while with Schlumberger. Sam then Joined a nitrogen equipment manufacturer serving the oil and gas industry with onsite N2 generators as a technical sales engineer.


Nick Koster

Vice President of Technology and Applications

In his role as VP of Technology and Applications Nick is responsible for DiverterPlus’ product development, testing and optimization.  Nick also manages DiverterPlus’ new product and technology development partnerships with third parties. 

Nick  graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado with a degree in Engineering – Mechanical Specialty.  During his college summers, he worked in the offshore segment for CSO Aker Marine and Technip Coflexip.  Upon graduation Nick began his fracturing career Maverick Stimulation Services, a fracturing provider which specialized in pumping energized fluids.  He soon became the District Engineer for Oklahoma  and assisted on jobs in the Rockies and Tri-State regions.  The opportunity then arose for Nick to participate as a working interest owner with an independent oil and gas operator, which in turn led to the opportunity to start his own fracturing company (Technology Stimulation Services, or Techstim) With his production and fracturing knowledge, Nick began to develop new products and methodologies to enhance production. Upon the sale of Techstim, Nick devoted more of his efforts into understanding and developing new products to advance the science of well completions.  Nick has ownership in several smaller ventures including his independent oil and gas operator.

Connor Clark

Application and Development Engineer

In his role as Application and Development Engineer, Connor is responsible for DiverterPlus’ product development, testing, and optimization. Connor also provides our customers with an on-site personnel presence to aid in service implementation across all basins in which our customers operate.

Connor graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation, Connor began his oilfield career as a field engineer with Halliburton in the Permian Basin. After a brief stint in Halliburton’s Cementing service segment, Connor spent 4 years as a Stimulation Engineer. This led to Connor being directly involved in many different types of frac completions with various operators in both the Delaware and Midland Basins. His time in the field consisted of job design and implementation, new product trialing, and training less experienced field engineers.


John Moisson

President and CEO

John was born in Belleville IL and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Logistics. John began his career with Dow Chemical in Freeport TX working in manufacturing.

While at Dow, Moisson held positions in manufacturing, sales and marketing. In 1994 John and his wife Carolyn relocated to Chicago Illinois to start Jamplast which competed in the plastics and chemical space. They have built the company to be a leading supplier in North America specializing in degradable polymers.

Jamplast is the first and longest running of Moisson’s multiple successful entrepreneurial endeavors and continues to be his main focus. However Moisson also has had and continues to maintain successful businesses in commercial real-estate, logistical and warehousing support, construction material supply and oil and gas supply industries.

For the past 12 years Moisson has been working in the oil and gas industry working with service companies developing a line of specialty diverter products to help with down hole challenges in managing fluid dynamics. After starting their latest company, Diverter Plus, specializing in a comprehensive line of diverters Moisson has led the company to be be a leader in this segment.

John is actively involved in supporting a number of charities and his church in St Louis. He enjoys boating, golfing and hunting in his spare time. He along with his wife Carolyn are actively focused on their various business interests. Member of SPE and other professional organizations in the industry.

Pat Doherty

Vice President of Corporate Development

In his role as Vice President of Corporate Development, Pat is responsible development, communication and implementation of corporate strategies to make DiverterPlus a global leader in its core businesses. Pat assists Sales, Engineering and Production in partnership contract development and negotiation. He supports DiverterPlus personnel with his skills and experience in capital markets, contractnegotiation and corporate strategy. Pat has diverse background as an entrepreneur, the founding member of Saturday Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm, and a Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Pat earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA from Georgetown University.

Denise Rathbun

Director of Operations

Denise was born and raised in the Suburbs of St Louis, MO. She and her husband are now raising their boys with the same Midwest values that mean so much to them. Denise received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Missouri State in Springfield. Since graduation, she has spent her career as an Assistant Controller for a large firm, then spent time at a smaller firm wearing many different hats such as Accounting and Customer Service obligations.

Denise has been with Jamplast, Inc since 2007 beginning as their lone Accountant, then merging into Accounting Manager and in 2012 moving into her current role as Director of Operations. Denise’s current role consists of Managing both the Accounting dept and Customer Service dept, as well as, overseeing IT, HR and anywhere else she is needed. Outside of work Denise enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She spends many evenings and weekends at the baseball fields watching her boys play ball.

Sean Sickles

Operations Manager

Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Sean graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Working for a CPR & AED company, Sean quickly learned the importance of quality on-time delivery and building customer and vendor relationships.

As the Operations Manager for DiverterPlus, Sean routinely assists both customers and vendors with their respective operational needs, while also helping with larger scale business and accounting functions such as; month-end closing and reporting. Having such a diverse set of job responsibilities has
helped him gain valuable accounting & business decision-making skills.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He enjoys traveling and is always up for a new challenge.

Erika Weintrich

Sales Coordinator

Born and raised just south of St. Louis, MO, Erika graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor’s degree in History and minor in Social Studies.   Starting out in the restaurant industry has given Erika valuable insight and experience.  She learned the value of quality, building customer relationships and implementing training tools to become efficient in the industry.

Since leaving the restaurant industry Erika has worked in sales and accounting.   Her background in customer service and training has given Erika the skills to become an effective sales coordinator for Jamplast.  Erika has the intuition to create a great experience for our customers and assist our sales team throughout the deal process.

In her spare time, Erika enjoys live music, sports and spending time with her family and friends.  She enjoys traveling and up for any adventure.

Jill Wink

Warehouse Office Manager / Assistant General Manager

Jill was born and raised in Georgia. She attended North Georgia College for 2 years, majoring in hotel/resort management. While in college she worked at Lake Lanier Islands as an office manager. Before her junior year, she met her husband, who was a Marine and moved to North Carolina where he was stationed. She continued to work in the hotel/resort business as a customer service rep for a real estate/ vacation rental property company. Once they started to have children she became a stay at home mom. Eventually, her husband’s job would move them to Evansville, IN.

She started at Jamplast as a temp in the office since she had never worked in the plastic industry.  With her background in customer service, she worked her way up to getting hired full time as the Office Manager and the Assistant GM.

In her spare time, you can find Jill hanging out with my husband and three girls.


Eric Dockery

Production Manager

Eric was born and raised in Evansville, IN. He graduated from Central High School and continued his studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Southern Indiana. He currently resides on the westside of Evansville with his wife Tawani (27 years of marriage in Oct 2020) and son Jeremiah (who is engaged to get married in Nov of 2021 to Emily Dickinson).  We also have a grandchild Addilyn Dickinson.

Eric began his work career as a disc jockey working overnights as a senior in high school and worked hard to grow his career in the industry including promotions, music director and sales.  Eventually he became a General Manager of a small station in Owensboro, Ky.  Eric had a chance to get into plastics and learn hands-on how to extrude plastic.  Learning lab testing, blending, extrusion, warehousing, inside and outside sales and any and all aspects of the custom extrusion industry.  Eric has held pretty well every position in plastics and has led teams as the Plant Manager for two different plastic companies in Evansville. Eric is trained in Lean Manufacturing principals and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma.  Eric enjoys working with people to build a team atmosphere through mentoring and coaching and employs innovative methods to increase production, reduce costs, improve quality and streamline production and processes.

Eric has been with Jamplast, Inc. since February of 2020.

In his free time, Eric has coached youth football at the EJFL, served on several Chrysalis teams and has started a ministry called Youth Crusaders at the Youth Care Center that helps and mentors incarcerated youth ages 12-17.  Eric is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and loves to vacation in Gatlinburg, TN.
